摘要

A real-time evaluation system for the photo-catalytic decomposition efficiency of volatile or-ganic compounds(VOCs)was established based on infrared spectroscopy. Toluene was taken as the re-search object to test the photocatalytic decomposi-tion efficiency. The uncertainty of the test results of decompose efficiency was evaluated by establishing the mathematical model of measurement and analyz-ing the sources of measurement uncertainty. The re-sults showed that the uncertainties of photocatalytic decomposition efficiency of VOCs were mainly in-troduced from the standard gas and working curve. It provides the basis for the analysis and evaluation of the photocatalytic decomposition efficiency of volatile organic compounds. In order to further re-duce the measuremental uncertainty of the evalua-tion of photocatalytic decomposition efficiency of VOCs. The uncertainties introduced by standard gas and working curve should be controlled as much as possible in the actual measurement process.
