摘要

Many research articles have been written and lectures given on the comparison of video laryngoscopes and direct laryngoscopy. The technical success of time to intubate, first pass success and glottic view have been studied.1, 2Although these parameters are important for management of the airway for successful intubation, human factors also play a very important role. Human factors on airway management is a complex technical skill involving both physical and mental workload.3 Safe and efficient task performance requires both technical and non-technical skills. The difference in non-technical skills at an individual level increases the chance of errors and adverse events.
