摘要

The paper considers the properties of the Cr,Mo-(Cr,Mo)N-(Cr,Mo,Al)N, Zr,Nb-(Zr,Nb)N-(Zr,Nb,Al)N, and Cr,Mo-(Cr,Mo,Zr,Nb)N-(Cr,Mo,Zr,Nb,Al)N coatings with wear-resistant layers of a nanolayer structure. The structures and compositions of the coating were investigated using a transmission electron microscope (TEM). The cutting tests in the longitudinal turning of 1045 steel at f = 0.25 rpm, ap= 1.0 mm, and vc= 300 m/min showed that tool with the Cr,Mo-(Cr,Mo)N-(Cr,Mo,Zr,Nb,Al)N multicomponent coating has the longest tool life. During the cutting process, the wear patterns on the coatings under study were investigated using a scanning electron microscope (SEM), and differences in the mechanisms of cracking and wear were found.
