Childhood cancer survivors are 8.8 times more likely to die of pulmonary causewhen compared togeneral population: an aspect of concernwith the growing population of childhood cancer survivors. Pulmonary dysfunction is the third leading cause of non recurrence related cause of death among Hodgkin lymphoma survivors. Magnitude of problem and risk factors in Indian children is not well studied.
