摘要

Glioma is the most common primary brain tumor. World Health Organization (WHO) divides gliomas into low-grade glioma (LGG) and high-grade glioma (HGG). 1 Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) as a common imaging examination, has high diagnostic value in central nervous system diseases. Dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) has been widely used in the diagnosis of brain tumors and breast cancer. 2e4 Texture analysis is widely used in tumor diagnosis, tumor heterogeneity quantifica- tion, tumor grading and survival prediction. In this study, the solid part of the tumor and the whole tumor were measured and the texture features were analyzed to explore the parameters of different ROI to evaluate tumor heterogeneity and to further compare the diagnostic characteristics of different ROI.
