The AALL Awards Committee is pleased to announce the winner of the 2013 Joseph L. Andrews Bibliographical Award: Lincoln's Suspension of Habeas Corpus: The Pamphlet Literature and Congressional Debate. The Andrews Award is presented annually to recognize a significant textual contribution to legal literature, measured primarily by its creative, evaluative elements and the extent to which originality and judgment were factors in its formulation.
