Research on Tools for Health Assessment and Application Scenarios of the Elderly

摘要

This paper screened and developed the elderly health assessment tools for evaluating the living ability, physical fitness, cognition, psychology, and social functions of the elderly, and emphatically introduced the application scenarios of norm-based elderly health index for individuals, organizations, and regions. This health assessment tool is based on the perspective of three-dimensional health definition of physiological, psychological and social adaptability issued by the World Health Organization and according to the standards of “ compatibility with international scales and tools, conforms to the government’s standards for the assessment of the ability of the elderly, easy operation and easy family self-testing, and significant reliability and validity test”.
