Congratulations to the authors for their results. It would appear from the results that nighttime bracing is a possible option for adolescent idiopathic scoliosis cases with larger curves. However, some issues of this paper need further discussion/clarifcation and, in my opinion, bring into question their conclusion that the “Providence nighttime braces are an efective treatment for adolescent idiopathic scoliosis patients.”.
