The current delay in receiving commercially availablefenestrated endografts has proved fatal for somepatients. In addition, efforts to reduce planningcomplexity and to increase fenestration location accu-racy, thereby expediting the implantation procedure,are appreciated. Indeed, we agree that part of the reasonfor the relatively slow adoption of fenestrated endovas-cular aneurysm repair relates to case planning andprocedural complexity.
