We thank Dr. Xiang Fang and colleagues for their knowl- edgeable comments on our study. Diagnostic accuracy is concerning the evaluation of the performance of diagnostic tools. There are several methods to measure the diagnostic accuracy. 1,2 In our study, we calculated diagnostic accuracy as the following formula: diagnostic accuracy Z [(true positives t true negatives)/total class test]. The accuracy of rapid on-site cytologic evaluation (ROSE) was obtained by this circumscription.
