The study aims to examine the degree to which students of the Arabic Language Department at the University of Jadara possess oral-skill expression from the students’ perspective. The subjects that the study has examined consists of (197) male and female students in the Arabic-Language Department at Jadara University in the first semester of the academic year 2019/2020. The researcher has comprised a questionnaire which has (46) paragraphs divided in ten fields. The study has concluded that the field of "courtesy-related skills" came first, followed by the field of "sound-related skills", then the field of "skills related to the speaker’ psychological features", then the field of "skills related to eye-movement and facial expressions." After that comes the “skills of speech fluency.” Then the “cognitive-related skills,” and the “skills of context (style).” Then, the “vocabulary-related skills.” Then the morphology-and-syntax-related skills.” At last has come the sub-context-related skills.” However, there has been no statistical significant differences based on the gender, the academic level, or the GPA factors.
