Dr. Nickoloff, from Orangeburg, New York passed away on 11March 2019 after a long illness. He was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania,and grew up just outside of Harrisburg in the suburbsbetween Harrisburg and Hershey. He grew up where the air smelledlike chocolate all the time. He grew up in a land of dairy farms andorchards. He was active in sports, and his recreation included hiking,gardening, automobile mechanics, and reading.
