Milia-like calcinosis cutis (MLCC) is a rare skindisorder consisting of multiple whitish, firm milia-likepapules mostly on hands and feet. In a majority ofcases it is associated with Down syndrome [1,2].Clinically, MLCC may be misdiagnosed as warts, molluscum contagiosum, and syringomas. Thereforedermoscopy may play an important role indistinguishing MLCC from more common differentialdiagnoses [3]. Herein, we report a 7-year-old boywith Down syndrome who presented withgeneralized whitish papules finally diagnosed asMLCC by dermoscopy and histology.
