Mesoporous Al2O3 was prepared via evaporation-induced self-assembly method by using aluminum isopropanol as the precursor, P123 as the template, and HCl as the acid regulator. The effects of adsorbent dosage, adsorption temperature, adsorption time and solution pH were investigated. The experimental results show that when the initial concentration of Cr6 was 10 mg/L, the amount of adsorbent was 0.24 g, the adsorption time was 80 min, the adsorption temperature was 50?C and the pH was 3, the removal rate of Cr6 could reach 96%.
