There are currently three types of human papilloma virus vaccines available: bivalent, quadri-valent and nine-valent. However, in recent years, it is reported that cervical cancer vaccine can cause premature ovarian failure. Consequently, an extensive literature search to find out the correlation between human papilloma virus vaccine and premature ovarian failure became a priority. There is no sufficient evidence to support or prove that there is a link between the human papilloma virus vaccine and premature ovarian failure. Hence, the vaccine does not cause premature ovarian failure.
