Examined and analysed problem of the type teaching in general schools. Rich in content basis of the type teaching orients organization of educational process on the acquaintance of senior pupils with the basic forms of professional activity of teacher or trainer. It is directed on the increase of sporting trade in a select kind to athletic-health-improvement or to sporting activity. It is set that the type teaching is instrumental in forming for the senior pupils of interest and motivation on further professional self-determination. His basis is development of specific physical qualities and motive abilities and skills, complex theoretical - methodological knowledges.
