Increasing of Sport Master Ship of Steeple-Chase Runners by Developing of their Physical Characteristics

摘要

In this work we will consider the offered methods of athlete training, who goes in for hurdle race. We will consider all necessary qualities, which are required for athlete in this kind of sport for achievement of high results. Hereinafter we will appreciate the influence of system of training offered by us on athletes.
