The paper deals with the development of techniques of track-and-field exercise with the use of electrostimulative muscle intensification. The author introduces scientific-and-practical recommendations of using the proposed method to form the professional skills of future physical education specialists. The method of an electrical stimulation can effectively be used in educational training process for development of motorial qualities and correction of engineering of track and field athletics exercises in a propagation time of discipline ?
