The article which is based on the analysis of scientific sources and author's personal researches dwells on basic principles of aim-oriented motivation methods of military leaders of tactical level of the Military powers of Ukraine. The motivation oriented on the purpose will have logical completion when precise tracking outcomes of military - social work is adjusted. Outcome fix a level of reaching of the purposes of subitems and their interrelation with reaching the personal purposes of staff. The offered mechanism submitives a possibility to frame such operating conditions at which unfair and unsound realizations of official duties will be not to convenient military principals.
