In the article the indivisibility of teachers professional culture, its structural elements and principles. Polemizing with the well known researchers of the problem of teachers professional forming, the author offers its interpretation on the assumplion of necessary development of specialist's consciousness. Vocational counselling of youth in system of average, special and higher educational institutions of formation has successive character. The graduate of a higher educational institution of sports orientation should have a tall professional knowledge on questions of physical training and medical crop.
