摘要

The purpose of research consists in increase of motivation of students to physical activity by use of the competitive approach in occupations on physical training within one academic year. An assessment of the quantitative and qualitative changes of parameters of physical readiness in a year cycle of education has allowed to judge efficacyy of the used mean of positive motivation of students.
