The experience of application the static - dynamical gymnastics as effective means of development and integration of motion and cognitive processes at physical training of children is illustrated in the article. The arguments at reasonability of applying the biochemical principles from a perspective of health protecting technologies are given as well. The judgement of results of a theoretical justification of explained aspects enables to specify an opportunity of wider use of knowledge of habits of motorial activity of children. The got knowledge can be used for development of optimum volume of a motor performance of children in a condition valeological and sports-improving provisions.
