The paper deals with the character and direction of the influence of optimal and compelled working poses upon the dynamics of operative efficiency and upon the quality of a masseur's labour. This problem has been studied and estimated for the first time in theory and practice. On the basis of analysis and generalization of received data we have worked out and successfully approved the methods of determination optimal (i.e. the most convenient for concrete specialist) height of the table for the performance of classical massage, which fully conforms to the international normative requirements of the occupational hygiene and ergonomics.
