摘要

At present,the mining rolling mill has the problems of unsatisfactory operating environment and poor effect during use.These problems will affect the service life of the rolling mill and cause environmental pollution.In order to solve this problem,in this paper,Hertz contact theory is used to calculate the contact force of the gear transmission of the mine rolling mill.In addition,the multi-body dynamics software RecurDyn is used to simulate the multibody dynamics of the system.The meshing impact process of the transmission device was systematically analyzed,and the meshing contact force of the five sequences obtained by simulation was compared with the theoretical value.Furthermore,the correctness of the simulation was verified.The simulation shows that the load on the key way of the roll of the mining mill changes with time and is accompanied by impact.The modal analysis of the roller was performed in ANSYS Workbench.We applied the alternating load received at the key way to the key way of the roller,and then analyzed the harmonic response of the roller.Finally,the displacement response and the vibration shape at the displacement amplitude when the roller is subjected to the excitation force of different frequencies are obtained,which provides a reference for the mining rolling mill to create a stable operating environment and production efficiency.
