摘要

The leachate of the waste incineration plant has the characteristics of high ammonia nitrogen content,high organic pollutant concentration,high salt content,complex composition,and large fluctuations in water quality and water volume,which makes the treatment difficult.In this paper,secondary UASB is used to treat the leachate of the waste incineration plant.The results show that the UASB reactor has the characteristics of wide adaptability to COD,easy to achieve sludge granulation,higher sludge strength,and less sludge loss.When the load changes,COD removal is more than 85% after the system is stable,the highest can reach 95.22%,and the impact resistance is strong.During the test,the average COD volume load of the two-stage UASB changed within 4.15~21.54 kg/(m3 d); When the influent VFA was 55 to 155 mmol/L,the effluent VFA was stable at 2.2 to 4.3 mmol /L.The calcium and magnesium ions in the influent are mainly deposited in the granular sludge in the primary reactor,and relatively few in the secondary reactor.The engineering example calculation shows that the operating cost of the entire system is 25 yuan/ton of leachate stock solution.
