摘要

The production process of vanadium pentoxide consumes quicklime,water,electricity and other materials and energy,and discharges waste water,exhaust gas and solid waste and other polluting emissions,which has an adverse impact on the environment,but the analysis of the environmental impact and cost of vanadium pentoxide is in a vacant state.Therefore,this paper uses GaBi software to analyze the environmental impact and cost of the vanadium pentoxide production process.The results show that Environmental acidification is the largest type of environmental impact,followed by the Eutrophication.Among them,the impact of the Environmental acidification accounted for 30% of the total impact,and the impact of Eutrophication use accounted for 27% of the total impact.From the perspective of cost composition,the production of raw materials in the production of vanadium pentoxide accounts for a large proportion of the cost,and quicklime accounts for a large proportion of the cost of raw materials.A comparative analysis of the environmental impact brought by the substitution of natural gas for coal.The results show that replacing coal with natural gas can reduce the environmental impact of the production process of vanadium pentoxide during the combustion stage.However,the life cycle calculation results of coal and natural gas show that the substitution of natural gas for coal will bring greater environmental impact.
