Ecological civilization advocates the harmonious development of man and nature,that is,human activities cannot significantly affect the natural environment,and human physical exercise is closely related to nature.Green sports education under the premise of ecological civilization construction has a very important value in nowadays.Only by exploring new methods of green physical education can we promote the sustainable development of physical education.On the basis of a large amount of literature research and questionnaires,this article first studies the relevant concepts of green sports teaching based on ecological civilization,and based on this,the relevant methods of green sports teaching were proposed.By comparing the attraction of traditional physical education and green physical education to students,the impact on the length of physical exercise after class,and the differences in students' physical fitness,the feasibility and important role of green physical education teaching methods are analyzed.The implementation of green specific methods of physical education are also described.The questionnaire and the experimental results of teaching application show that green physical education teaching method can increase the proportion of students who think physical education is attractive from 36.5% to 63.8%,and the proportion of students who take more than half an hour of physical exercise after class increases from 48% to 79 %.Students’ physical fitness test scores,especially the female students’ physical fitness scores,have been greatly improved.From the experimental results,the green sports teaching method has broad application prospects.
