This paper is extremely useful in identifying the signifcant management problems that this complex cohort of patients presents [1]. These problems are well illustrated by case histories of three patients with varying symptoms and very diferent natural histories, with a common diagnosis of thoracolumbar kyphosis in association with achondroplasia.
