摘要

Photovoltaic system are now-a-days very popular dueto abundance and freely availability. However the controltechniques for photovoltaic system is a focus of research toimprove the power quality. This paper presents PWM basedsliding mode control of DC/DC converter in photovoltaicapplication for power quality improvement. The designmethodology is based on two converters viz. Boost and BiDirectional Buck converters. The performance of controlstrategy is verified using MATLAB simulations for response toload, line and voltage regulation.
