Social Network Service (SNS) is an onlineplatform for users to communicate and share theirinterests. As the number of SNS users increases, profilingtechniques that collect and analyze user information fromSNS have emerged. SNS profiling enables creatingpersonal information of the users and analyzing theirinterests through their posts, comments, and page likes.SNS profiling has been mainly used as a marketing tool torecommend products through analysis of customerinterests. However, SNS profiling has recently been usedfor various other purposes. In this work, we focus on theuse of SNS profiling for criminal investigations. We designa database to store information collected from SNS andpropose a model for event profiling. In the database, wecreate tables of people, events, SNS users, and posts basedon NoSQL, a non-relational database, and build adatabase using DynamoDB. In addition, we conducted acase study for profiling events based on the proposedmodel.
