Determination of Tyrosine in Artificial Urine Using a Screen- Printed Electrode Modified with tetrathiafulvalene?tetracyanoquinodimethane/ionic Liquid Conductive Gel
In this study, the screen-printed electrode (SPE) was developed for detection of tyrosine based ontetrathiafulvalene-tetracyanoquinodimethane/ionic liquid conductive gel. The electrocatalytic behaviorof TTF–TCNQ/ionic liquid gels was investigated by cyclic voltammetry analyses. [BMIM][PF6] gelbased SPE (TTF-TCNQ/[BMIM][PF6]-SPE) allowed square wave voltammetry detection of tyrosine(Tyr). The optimum experimental conditions for the detection were explored, and the currents of Tyrpresented a good linear property with the increasing of the concentrations. The linear ranges of Try weredetermined to be 1× 10-7?2.0 × 10-5 M and the minimum detection limit was 4×10-8 M. Furthermore, theTTF-TCNQ/[BMIM][PF6]/SPE was successfully used for the detection of Try in the artificial urinesamples..
