An ordered partition (composition) of a positive integer n in s parts consists of an ordered sequence of s positive integers whose sum is n. In this paper, we have obtained two congruence identities on the compositions of p 1, 2(p 1), 3(p 1), · · · , [ks/p 1](p 1) in s parts, with parts from the set Nk = {1, 2, 3, · · · , k} and k 1 (mod p(p 1)), p a prime number.
