In the modern battlefield, hemorrhagic shock is one of the major reasons of death, accounting for approximately 40% of survivable injuries. 1,2 Fluid resuscitation is closely related totreatmentof hem- orrhagic shock. A recent data indicated that untimely fluid resusci- tation is directly related to the mortality of hemorrhagic shock. 3 The common methods of liquid infusion in pre-hospital environ- ment mainly depend on atmospheric. However, in process of trans- ferring the wounded, there are uncontrollable factors may cause secondary damage to the wounded.
