Clinical medicine education is the focus of medical students' education and training in China, and it is also the difficulty of teaching. In recent years, how to improve teaching quality through has become a hot topic. The teaching concept of " Hand As Foot " was firstly formed and applied in orthopedics teaching 1 . Through “Hand As Foot " teaching method, students can better understand what they have learned, make the boring anatomical knowledge more vivid and easier, transform the complicated abstract three-dimensional content into simple con- crete images, update the teaching concept and transform the teaching method 2 .
