Hepatic metastasis of the ovarian granulosa cell tumor after 11 years of surgical resection and systemic chemotherapy of primary tumors: A case report

摘要

Granulosa cell tumor (GCT) of the ovary with low malignancy which is classified as a sexcord stromal tumor, rarely occurs hepatic metastases. Surgical resection combined with systemic chemo- therapy treatment is a good choice. In view of its high risk of long interval recurrence, long-term and active follow-up is necessary.
