Only a solid anatomical basis can effectively guide further clin- ical work and surgery. The uterus is one of the most important or- gans in obstetrics and gynecology. Understanding its position and other anatomy is the prerequisite for all other clinical work. Recently, we read “How to effectively improve the clinical teaching effect of delivery mechanism” published by your journal. 1 This article introduces how to use “Hand As Foot”teaching method to explain the obstetric delivery mechanism. Through simple actions, the complex and abstract delivery mechanism becomes clear, concise and easy to understand, making it easier for young physi- cians and medical students to understand and master. Inspired by this article, we applied the “Hand As Foot”teaching method to the teaching of the ligaments of the uterus, and achieved good teaching results.
