Improving the quality of teaching for clinical nursing students under the guidance of “Hand as Foot” teaching method
This year the world’s new crown pneumonia epidemic broke out. When the epidemic was raging, every frontline medical staff used theirlives to fulfill their medical beliefs. They faced difficulties, regardless of remuneration, life or death. Medical staff have made outstanding contributions and strengths to this epidemic, allowing people to feel the greatness of medicine and at the same time realize the lofty medical profession. The times also put forward higher requirements for us to train medical talents. The clinical internship of nursing students is the deepening and continuation of school education. It is the process of combining theoretical knowledge and clinical practice for nursing students. It is also the pre-training of nursing students in nursing posts. Through clinical internship, the nursing students have a preliminary understanding of the nursing work in the ward. Features, specific contents of nursing work and various nursing operation procedures, so that it gradually has the ability to independently engage in nursing work, so clinical practice teaching is particularly important. The growth of nursing students must be accompanied by a solid theo- retical foundation and clinical practice. Traditional orthopedics teaching uses dull text, obscure and rigid theories and traditional single pictures. It is a stumbling block for the advancement of nursing students, and good teaching methods have also become the key to cultivating excellent nursing students.
