Uterine ligaments play a pivotal role in gynecological teaching. For obstetricians and gynecologists, master the specific position of uterine ligaments and their relationship with the uterus, whether in gynecological surgery or in the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic organ prolapsed diseases are very important. Recently, we read “How to effectively improve the clinical teaching effect of de- livery mechanism" 1 published by your journal. This article intro- duces “Hand as foot” teaching method in obstetric delivery mechanism, simplifying the complex and abstract dynamic delivery process into gestures Therefore, it is easier for young phy- sicians and medical students to understand and master. We were deeply inspired, and applied “Hand as foot” teaching method in the teaching of uterine ligament anatomy, and received good teach- ing results.
