The entire e-healthcare systems need to be protected from any kind of threat at all times, from sensorsto employing the Internet of Things to the core network and everything in between. This paper brieflycarried out in order to address the challenges of security and privacy of healthcare data, and theimpact of this on interoperability in the e-healthcare setting. Understanding these challenges is crucialfor anyone involved in healthcare, as the impact of e-healthcare will have a considerable effect onpatients, clinicians, healthcare providers and deliveries.
