Eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA) is a rare autoimmune small-vessel vasculitis. 1,2 EGPA involves multiple or- gans, including the pulmonary, renal, nervous, and vascular sys- tems. 3 Among them, the nasal cavity, including the paranasal sinuses, is one of the most frequentlyaffected organs and oftenpro- ceeds other manifestations.
