摘要

The Cover Feature shows that the magnetic field has an effect on the electrochemical reaction processes of quercetin. It has been shown that a constant magnetic field improves the efficiency of quercetin electrooxidation. The magnetic field increases the antioxidant′s ability to counteract oxidation. Changes under the exposure to magnetic field are due to magnetohydrodynamic effect. More information can be found in the Full Paper by Marek Zieliński et?al.
