At present, when carrying out state assessment of power grid equipment such as, grounding devices, capacitors, reactors, because of the features of large number, frequent failures, complex and changeable operating environment, etc, existing state evaluation standards have obvious deficiencies, which makes it difficult to meet management needs. Optimizing state evaluation standards, formulating scientific and effective state evaluation guidelines are of great significance for improving equipment safety and ensuring safe and stable operation of power systems.
