摘要

Nano-materials are considered as buildingblock for several optoelectronic devices.They differ from bulk counterpart withinthe size, characteristic and offer newopportunities to be used in variousapplications. Zero dimensional (0D) andone dimensional (1D) nanostructures haveattracted many attentions in solar powerharvesting, conversion and storage, due totheir unique physical and chemicalproperties. Nano-materials offer manyadvantages in energy adjustment preciselyin solar cells. These solar cells, depends onthe physical interaction betweennanomaterials or reaction at the surface orinterface of the nanomaterials. In thispresentation, we'll discuss the zero- andone-dimensional nanostructures andtherefore the role they play in increasingthe conversion efficiency of solar cells,taking in consideration the materials to bewont to meet the most objective ofdeveloping an eco-green photovoltaic cellwith high conversion efficiency. Reducingcost and improving conversion efficiencyare the foremost tasks so on formphotovoltaic energy competitive andprepared to substitute traditional fossilenergies. Nanotechnology seems to be theway by which photovoltaics are oftendeveloped, whether in inorganic or organicsolar cells.
