Comparison of Three Calculation Methods for a Bayesian Inference of P(_1 _2)

In Bayesian inference, some researchers have examined the difference of binominal proportions using = P(_1 _2 - _0|X_1, X_2), where X_i denote binomial random variable with parameter _i. An approximate method and the MCMC method are compared with an exact method for , and results of actual clinical trials using are presented.
