Large pediatric abdomino-groin lipoblastoma: A rare case

We would like to show here, a rare case of a large lipoblastoma of the lower abdomen and groin including labia [Figure1]a in a 5 year old girl, causing her difficulty in ambulation. Lipoblastomas mainly occur in infants and children,[1] withthe most common location being extremities and trunk.[2] Ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging [Figure 1]band tissue biopsy are the definitive ways of diagnosing lipoblastomas. Attempt to completely excise the tumor withoutdamaging surrounding tissues is important and was also performed. The patient is doing well on follow-up, with norecurrence.
