Operation Efficiency haying in the Giant Bermuda grass ( Cynodon dactylon (L.). Pers .) in the municipalities of San Francisco and Urdaneta of Zulia stade, in an randomized block experimental design with treatments arranged in a 3 2 factorial The factors studied were: Management grass in three production units (Valle Alto, Villa Palma and Proporca), and machinery (mower, rake and baler rake). The results stated that such grass was in optimal conditions for management in the process of haymaking. For the machinery used it was observed that were efficient in each of the work, it is important to note that the efficiency of field for the work of cutting and swathing was lower when compared to labor packaging. Those efficiency values exceeding 100%, being separated these threads to three times the balers theoretical width, causing an Increase very significant of the effective capacity and thereof in their field efficiency.
