New approaches in the information science field: a discussion on the applicability of the concept of information regime in industrial clusters

The article discusses the applicability of the concept of information regime focused on industrial clusters as a way to contribute to the discussion of informational practices and actions. The research is performed in the Eletronic Valley (Santa Rita de Sapuca?--MG), one of the leading centers of technological development in Brazil. The results point to the partial lifting of analytical categories that can be used to establish a theoretical framework for the analysis of information regimes in a specific context of innovation.
