Fetal magnetocardiograms are highly sensitive to interferences inunshielded environments, the measurements being realized indirectly. We aimed atremoving repetitive deterministic interferences, applying the Wiener filter in the waveletdomain. An effective compression of data is performed using the Walsh-HadamardTransform. Real fetal data has been analyzed, with promising results for the developmentof an automated diagnosis system.
