Quem nasce em Bacurau é gente? Gênero e precariedade de vida no filme “Bacurau”

This article takes the film “Bacurau” as the object of reflection to discuss the concept of subject based on two notions of Judith Butler: gender performativity, through the character Lunga, and the unequal distribution of precarity, through relations of recognition between residents and foreigners in the fictional village. We take the cinematographic narrative as a cultural document that, in a pedagogical perspective, teaches and problematizes subjects, frames and identities.
