摘要

Abstract A 25 factorial design was used to evaluate the influence of irrigation, row spacing, plant density, and inoculation on the growth and yield of Harosoy and Chippewa soybeans (Glycine max (L) Merrill) in Canterbury, New Zealand, in 1966–67. Higher yields were obtained from soybeans grown in 20 in. rows and at populations of 110,000 plants per acre than from those grown in 40 in. rows and at populations of 60,000 plants per acre. Irrigation and inoculation did not increase grain yields.
